Estimating
Ultimate Environments, Inc provides “total component level” project estimates. UE’s skilled management team can estimate costs for new construction, remodeling, home repair, and restoration with unmatched accuracy.

Building Evaluation
Evaluation of the condition of building systems and components (lavatories, public spaces, environmental and handicap conditions) for the purpose of renovation, bringing the building up to code and providing cost estimates to complete the work.

Value Engineering
Ultimate Environments, Inc, with the collaboration of the client and consultants, will develop creative solutions for project cost reduction while maintaining the design and function of the project.

Construction Management
UE’s onsite management coordinates plans and specifications with the project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure the project is constructed according to intent and in conformance with national and local codes.

Construction Administration
Based on extensive experience and a disciplined approach, Ultimate Environments, Inc delivers coordination and administration of contracts, schedules, permits, requisitions and change orders, subcontractors, and project close-out to complete the project on schedule and within budget.

Repair & Maintenance
Ultimate Environments, Inc offers it’s clients full service repair and maintenance. Clients depend on UE to handle maintenance projects professionally, with a minimum of interruptions to daily routines. By managing repair and upgrade projects with the same attention to detail as when building a project, UE makes maintaining the client’s home a smooth process.
